ERP Implementation Timeline Template
Discovery through hypercare across a full ERP programme phase plan.

ERP programmes are long, expensive and watched closely by a steering committee that meets once a month. This template is for the programme manager who has to answer, in one slide, where the implementation is and whether go-live is still credible.
Swimlanes work better than a flat bar chart here because an ERP rollout runs several tracks at once. Functional configuration, data migration, integrations and change management all proceed in parallel and only converge at UAT and cut-over. Keeping each track in its own lane shows the steering committee where the actual dependency risk sits — usually data, usually earlier than anyone planned for.
Each phase is a start and end date in the table beside the slide, so re-baselining after a scope change means editing dates rather than rebuilding a graphic. Go-live and cut-over are single-date milestones, and hypercare gets an explicit window so the programme has a defined end instead of trailing off. Export as PNG, PDF or a native PowerPoint slide for the steering pack, or share a link that always shows the latest baseline.
