Product Launch Timeline Template
Beta through post-launch review as a milestone roadmap for exec reviews.
Use this template — freeLive preview rendered with sample data in the Milestone Cards style.
This template is for the person who owns the launch — product marketing, a PM, or a founder — and has to keep engineering, marketing, sales and PR pointed at the same date. It is deliberately short. A launch plan that a leadership team can absorb in ten seconds beats an exhaustive one nobody reads.
The milestone roadmap style suits launches because a launch is mostly a sequence of commitments, not a wall of overlapping work. Beta opening, assets locked, embargo lifting, launch day, retro — each is a date somebody is accountable for. Rendering them as marked points on a single axis makes slippage obvious: when the embargo date moves, everything after it visibly shifts.
In Tymepath every task is a start and end date in an editable table next to the slide. Change a date in the table and the slide redraws immediately — no dragging shapes, no realigning bars by eye. Add a task and it drops into the timeline in the right place. When plans change the week before launch, you update two cells and re-export, rather than rebuilding the graphic. Export as PNG, PDF or a native PPTX slide and drop it straight into the review deck.
